Ilchester Estates
Ilchester Estates have owned the Holland Park Estate, of which this site is an integral part, for some 300 years.
The site was effectively compulsorily acquired from the Estate by the Government in the 1950's, to house the Commonwealth
Institute.
The Estate is delighted that the site has come back to them and to be part of this exciting development.
